Gravity Forms: form can’t display

In some cases there might be a jQuery conflict between the responsive menu used on the site and the new Gravity Forms Conditional Logic. The result seems to be the same on Windows server as on Linux. When the menu script is removed the form displays. The latest release seems to be much pickier about JavaScript. Relocating the jQuery has no positive effect.

A style=”display: none” gets written to the containing div, but a little CSS overrides it, this works, and the menu can be kept. The menu probably needs to be updated too.
